Reservation Policy

* To confirm your reservation, you have to pay the 30% of the total stay cost in advance.
* If you make your reservation by depositing money in bank account, your reservation remains open for 5 working days. If you do not make the deposit then the reservation will be canceled.

Cancellation Policy

* In case of cancellation, because of the volcanic ash problems there is not any charge.
* In case of cancellation generally ,within twenty (20) days prior to arrival, your deposit would be fully refundable. The credit card handling fees though would be however withheld.
* In any other case cancellation fees are equal to the 30% of the total reservation cost.
* No Show or departure prior to the scheduled date, results in full charge of the entire stay.

Pricing Policy

All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
